In what ways can we assist you today?

Yes, the price you see includes all taxes and service charges. You will not pay extra at checkout.

After you pay, we will email you a booking confirmation and a voucher with meeting instructions within 24 hours.

Every tour has a specific meeting point (like a hotel lobby). The exact address and a map link will be in your confirmation email.

Please try to arrive 15 minutes early. If you are late, please email ask@memory-travel.com immediately so we can try to help you.

You can get a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the tour. Please contact us to request a cancellation.
