3. Service Prices and Additional Costs

• Selling Price: As displayed on each tour page. Prices are inclusive of consumption tax unless otherwise stated.

4. Payment Terms

• Methods of Payment: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB), Bank Transfer.
• Payment Timing: Full payment is generally required at the time of booking unless a deposit-based plan is specifically selected.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations are subject to the Standard Travel Agency Terms and Conditions (ANTA/JATA).

• 20 days or more before departure: No charge
• 9–29 days before days: 20%
• 8 to 19 days before: 30%
• 2 to 7 days before: 40%
• 1 day before: 40%
• Day of departure: 50%
• After departure or No-show: 100%

6. Delivery of Service

The service is provided on the dates specified in your booking confirmation/itinerary. Digital vouchers or final itineraries will be sent via email at least 7 days before departure.

All online credit card transactions are processed via 3D Secure 2.0 to ensure the highest level of security for our international guests.
