Please note the operating days for this package:

All Weekdays (Mon–Fri)
*For bookings outside these dates, please consult our staff at the office.
In the event that participation does not reach a minimum of 10 individuals, the tour may be cancelled.
📅 Important Information for Guests
Route & Weather Conditions
- Mt. Fuji Visibility: Please note that Mt. Fuji is a natural phenomenon; visibility is subject to weather conditions. The tour will proceed as scheduled, and no refunds will be provided if the mountain is not visible.
- Road Access (Fuji Subaru Line): In the event that the Fuji Subaru Line is closed due to heavy snow or freezing conditions, the visit to Mt. Fuji 5th Station will be replaced with a visit to Oshino Hakkai.
- Itinerary Adjustments: While we strive to follow the schedule perfectly, some parts of the itinerary may be omitted or reordered due to traffic, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances.
Physical Requirements
- Arakura Sengen Shrine: To reach the famous Pagoda viewing area, guests are required to climb approximately 400 steps. Please ensure you are wearing comfortable walking shoes.
Lunch & Dietary Requests
- Vegetarian Options: Vegetarian meals are available upon request. Please notify us via email at ask@memory-travel.com by 3:00 p.m. JST the day before your tour.
- Restaurant Location: Please be advised that the lunch venue is subject to change to the Highland Resort Hotel & Spa (serving a Japanese-style lunch) depending on availability.
